What is Refuel for School Supplies Drive?
Our Refuel for School Supplies drive fundraiser has been a great success for ten years now!
This fundraiser has helped to provide participating schools with the resources they need, both conventional and unconventional, to help relieve the strain of teachers having to fund supplies out of their own pockets.
The motivation behind Refuel for School is to make sure that teachers, who hold one of the most important positions in our society, do not have to dip into their own pockets for classroom necessities.
This is an issue that arises not only at the start of the school year, but also after the Christmas holiday period.
Our annual Refuel for School Drive starts in September and runs through December. Once the drive is over, Tyson's Storehouse Refuel helps to "refuel" the schools in January of the next year

Refuel for School Supplies Drive
We want to than everyone who has ever helped with our RFS fundraiser. Over the years, we’ve refueled 8 schools, donated 14,658 items of supplies, supported 246 teachers, and have served 12,176 students.
Here are the (3) schools that participated for the 2022-23 school year:
Kay Road Elementary, located in Byron, GA, is led by Mr. Brandon Hall. This was Kay’s 7th year participating in Refuel for School.
South Columbus Elementary, located in Columbus, GA, is led by Mrs. Dawn Jenkins. This was South Columbus’s 6th year participating in Refuel for School.
Powder Springs Elementary, located in Powder Springs, GA, is led by Mrs. Kenyatta Frederick. This was Powder Spring’s 3rd year participating in Refuel for School.
