Hi! Welcome to Tyson's Storehouse Education Center's Health Services. TSEC Health Services aids and assists with unresolved questions and concerns regarding the health, well-being, and management of our underserved community, including questions about medication and disease prevention. Although valiant attempts are made by health care providers to discuss pressing concerns of the patient, there is just not enough time allocated to do so. That’s where the Health Services is happy to step in. TSEC Health Service will be successful in:
Ensuring an understanding of your diagnoses along with a personal involvement in your plan of care, creating a feeling of empowerment and sustainability
Supplying health and medication literacy to equip you with the knowledge necessary to move easily through your personalized healthcare plan; we will use terms that are easy to understand.
Providing genuine care, patience, and understanding for our community. We will secure emotional balance, remove insecurities concerning health issues and restore trust in healthcare.
TSEC Health Services will hold Covid-safe health forums in order to inform the community about topics specific to our population. We also offer FREE, monthly informational webinars that will further educate the community on pertinent health topics, which will air on FB Live. The Health Services will also offer one-on-one counseling to discuss medications and specific, unanswered questions that may arise after a doctor’s visit or hospital stay.
While the experienced medical team at TSEC Health Services cannot write prescriptions or diagnose symptoms, we will provide the time, attention, knowledge, and care that is missing from today’s health care system.
TSEC Health Services wants to see our community living its best, healthiest life and we are dedicated to ensuring that you have every tool needed to be successful throughout your healthcare journey.
